Hello, my name is Sealie West. I started acting ten years ago and went into this new journey with an open mind. After getting my first job, I decided to pursue this venture in a more aggressive manner. After being successful throughout the years, I finally joined the Union (SAG/AFTRA). I would like to pass on my knowledge that I have learned in this industry to benefit other students. Acting is a voyage into the unknown.
I started teaching workshops to help and to guide the individual that is interested in pursuing and exploring a future in this field. By working closely one to one with each student, I want to lead and help them make their dreams come true.
The acting workshops is about a path. It is the enhanced awareness of the art of performance, the full meaning of which you are, and who your character is. It takes courage, endurance and persistence. You have to want to work to your full potential, or not at all. These courses are meant to give you a core experience of what real acting is. Students are encouraged to go on to further training, classes, or do private coaching.
